How many ဖြင့် မေးခွန်းလုပ်နည်း (၂)

*** How many ကို Countable Noun (ရေတွက်ရသည့် နာမ်) များ မေးရာတွင် သုံးသည်။

*** Verb to be နှင့် မေးနည်း၊ Verb to be မဟုတ်သည့် Verb များနှင့် မေးနည်းဟူ၍ ထပ်မံခွဲခြားနိုင်သည်။

*** Verb to be နှင့် မေးရာတွင် ဘယ်လောက်များများ ဟု အများကိန်းကို မေးခြင်းဖြစ်၍ (are, were) ကိုသာ သုံးရမည်။

Verb to be မဟုတ်သည့် Verb များနှင့် မေးရာတွင် (do, does) မလိုသည့် မေးနည်းနှင့် (do, does) လိုသည့် မေးနည်းဟူ၍ ထပ်မံခွဲခြားနိုင်သည်။

    How many + Subject ဆိုလျှင် (do, does) မလိုပါ။

 

E.g.: (1) How many people live in this town? (people သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ live ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။)

(2) How many customers want to pay with credit cards? (customers သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ want ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။)

(3) How many tourists want to buy the trip? (tourists သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ want ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။)

(4) How many teachers teach English in this school? (teachers သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ teach ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။)

(5) How many buildings have two floors? (buildings သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ do, does မလိုပါ။)

(6) How many buildings don’t have two floors? (buildings သည် Subject ဖြစ်သည်၊ အငြင်းမေးခွန်းဖြစ်၍ don’t ထည့်ထားသည်။)

(7) How many people eat meat? (people သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ eat ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။)

(8) How many people don’t eat meat? (people သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ eat ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။ အငြင်းမေးခွန်းဖြစ်၍ don’t ထည့်ထားသည်။)

(9) How many students want to come in this trip? (students သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ want ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။)

(10) How many students don’t want to come in this trip? (students သည် Subject ဖြစ်၍ want ဆိုသည့် Main Verb ကို တန်းရေးသည်။ အငြင်းမေးခွန်းဖြစ်၍ don’t ထည့်ထားသည်။)
