I’m going to teach … (ကျွန်တော် သင်ပေးတော့မယ်)           အသုံးအများဆုံး Verb Phrase တစ်ခု ဖြစ်သည်။ be going to ၏ နောက်တွင် လိုက်ရသည့် Verb သည် (V-infinitive) သာလျှင် ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ Present Continuous Tense ကို အနာဂတ်ကာလ အစီအစဉ်အတွက်လည်း သုံးပါသည်။

                                    `           “Stop by” = ခဏသွားလိုက်သည်၊ ခဏလာလည်သည်           ကြိုတင်စီစဉ်ထားခြင်းမျိုး မဟုတ်ဘဲ ခဏသွားလိုက်ခြင်း၊ ခဏလာလိုက်ခြင်း၊ အလည်လာခြင်း စသည်ဖြင့် သုံးချင်လျှင် ‘stop by’ ကို သုံးရသည်။ Drop by = visit a place briefly. Drop in = visit a person informally. Stop by = make a short visit (very common in daily English).

“Drop in” = ချက်တစ်ဖြုတ်၊ ခဏတဖြုတ်၊ ခေတ္တခဏ           သူငယ်ချင်းအိမ် သို့မဟုတ် ဆွေမျိုးအိမ်ကို အကြောင်းမကြားဘဲ၊ ချိန်းဆိုထား ခြင်း မရှိဘဲ ရုတ်တရက် အလည်သွားခြင်း၊ အလည်ဝင်ခြင်း စသည်ဖြင့် သုံးချင်လျှင် ‘drop in’ ကို သုံးသည်။ ‘drop by’ နှင့် အဓိပ္ပါယ် ဆင်တူသော်လည်း သူက ‘informal’ သဘော၊ ရင်းနှီးခင်မင် ဟန်သဘော ပိုဆန်သည်။ Feel free to drop in for a cup of tea anytime. လက်ဖက်ရည်သောက်ရအောင် ဘယ်အချိန်ပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် အလည်ဝင်ခဲ့ဗျ။

“Drop by” = ချက်တစ်ဖြုတ်၊ ခဏတဖြုတ်၊ ခေတ္တခဏ           နေရာတစ်ခုခုကို ခေတ္တခဏ သွားလည်သည်၊ လာလည်သည် စသည်ဖြင့် သုံးချင်လျှင် ‘drop by’ ကို သုံးသည်။ Can you drop by my office this afternoon? ဒီနေ့ နေ့လည်ခင်း ခင်ဗျား ကျွန်တော့်ရုံးကို ခဏလောက် လာခဲ့(ဝင်ခဲ့)ပါလား။ (Can you come to my office briefly?)

Throw to / Throw at He threw some nuts to the monkeys. (Friendly action) He threw some nuts at the monkeys. (Aggressive action) *** to = for giving , at = for attacking/aiming .

Had + adjective? Be + adjective? He had happy. (Incorrect) He was happy. (Correct)

 After being = ပြီးတဲ့နောက်မှာ He ate dinner after being invited to the party. She cried after being scolded by the teacher.

Bring and Take           “Bring” ဆိုသည်မှာ တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်(နားထောင်နေသူ) ဆီသို့ ယူဆောင် လာသည့်အခါတွင် သုံးသည်။

  ဘာသာတရားနှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် ဝေါဟာရများ 1.Religion ဘာသာတရား 2.belief ယံုၾကည္မူ 3.worship ကိုးကြယ္ဆည္းကပ္သည္

Colour White = အျဖဴေရာင္ Black = အနက္ေရာင္ Red = အနီေရာင္
