Guest  : Can you tell me about your in-room facilities?

Staff   : Of course. Our rooms have satellite TV with pay-per-view facilities so that you

             can watch films, play games and listen to music. There's internet access for

             sending email accessing websites and finding out information about the hotel,

            for example, services, facilities and car hire. Both the minibar and electronic

            safe are standard in all rooms. We have 24 - hour room service and a

            babysitting service.

Guest :  What about facilities for business travellers?

Staff   :  All the rooms have multi-line phones but the printer, photocopier and fax

             facility are in the business centre just opposite reception. The centre is fully

             equipped and offer broadband internet access.
