မသိမျဖစ္အေရးႀကီးေသာ ဗုဒၶဘာသာဆိုင္ရာ အဂၤလိပ္စာ ေဝါဟာရမ်ားကို
ဘာသာေရးဆိုင္ရာစာအုပ္မ်ားမွ ထုတ္ႏႈတ္၍ လက္လွမ္းမွီသေလာက္
စုစည္းတင္ျပလိုက္ပါတယ္။

(၂) the noble practice aiming at the welfare of his own relatives and races - ညာတတၳစရိယ (မိမိေဆြမ်ဳိးအသိုင္းအဝိုင္းႏွင့္ မိမိလူမ်ဳိးတို႔ေကာင္းက်ဳိးအတြက္က်င့္ႀကံျခင္း)
(၃) the noble practice aiming at becoming the fully enlightened Buddha who can save beings from Samsara - ဗုဒၶတၳစရိယ (ဘုရားျဖစ္ဖို႔ရန္အတြက္က်င့္ႀကံျခင္း)
The Fivefold Great Sacrifice - စြန္႔ျခင္းႀကီးငါးပါး
(၁) the sacrifice of the most valuable treasure, royal kingdom and royal properties - ဓန ပရိစာဂ (ထီးသံုးနန္းသံုးပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈအပါအဝင္ စီးပြားဥစၥာတို႔ကိုစြန္႔ႀကဲလွဴဒါန္းျခင္း)
(၂) the sacrifice of sons and daughters - ပုတၱ ပရိစာဂ (မိမိရဲ့သားသမီးတို႔ကို စြန္႔ႀကဲလွဴဒါန္းျခင္း)
(၃) the sacrifice of one's wife - ဘရိယ ပရိစာဂ (မိမိ ဇနီးမယားကိုစြန္႔လႊတ္လွဴဒါန္းျခင္း)
(၄) the sacrifice of one's limb - အဂၤ ပရိစာဂ (ေျခ လက္ အဂၤါတို႔ကိုစြန္႔ႀကဲလွဴဒါန္းျခင္း)
(၅) the sacrifice of one's own life - ဇီဝိတ ပရိစာဂ (မိမိ၏အသက္ကိုစြန္႔ႀကဲလွဴဒါန္းျခင္း)
